Great service , fast delivery, comfortable bed

What a pleasant trip to look at mattresses. We didn't think we would actually buy one, it was just a "fact-finding" trip. Our Mattress Specialist, Nicole, was VERY personable and efficient. She sure knows her business! We spent almost two hours, having a hundred questions. She knew the answers to them all. She was so helpful. No pressure to buy was ever felt on our part We went from mattress to mattress, ending up at the Ortho brand Split King. It was an extremely comfortable mattress, and when she adjusted it for us, we were sold! Our Split King gets delivered tomorrow. Thanks, Nicole!

My family has purchased many mattresses from ortho and will continue to do so. Prices are great and salespeople are excellent. Not to mention the product is good. Carlos (at the Glendale location) helped me out and was very patient while I went around trying to find a mattress. I wish all salespeople were like him.

Did some price checking to several mattress stores. I was looking for a quality mattress for my guest room. Got very disappointed after visiting a couple of stores. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough wasn't happy what was offered in my price point. It was a completely different experience at the Ortho Mattress Store in Whittier I was impressed with the friendly customer service and how she listened to what I was looking for an then made a couple of suggestions. I found the perfect mattress at the price point I wanted. It was a completely different experience than the other stores. Also, it was delivered free the same day!! I highly recommend Ortho Mattress in Whittier.

I got a twin mattress delivered to my apartment in OC. Delivery process was super quick and easy & the mattress itself is super comfortable. Store manager was also very nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to others.
