Treating the lawn overall is ok, but getting help on trouble spots that fall outside of what is on the website is underwhelming

I am going on my second year of Sunday and I find it is just ok. There is no pre emergent weed killers so you have weeds. I realize the concept of if you r lawn thrives it will naturally push out weeds. Well, I tried the weed killer and dandelion doon from Sunday but it is not enough. My lawn does look healthy overall but there is a significant issue with weed that Sunday cannot rid you of. If you no longer want weeds you must use a strong, not good for you or pets weed remedy. Hands down, Sunday will not get rid of weeds. Very discouraging. I want to continue but may return to using Scott's lawn care system.

The first two treatment were awesome, my grass was nice and green but then I don't know what happen it looks terrible. I asked my Gardners not to come for the month of July. I put the next treatment hoping it would change or grow but it still looks terrible.

It's an affordable and easy to use product. The directions on how to use it are clear. This is my second season and the results are minimal. I purchased the new product, Lawn Aid, and applied it before the grass started going into stress mode and even started a process of watering per instructions, but saw little improvement.

I'm excited about my potential results, but don't feel like there's enough correspondence from the Sunday team.
