The product is well packaged, and comes in a timely fashion. The directions are clear and helpful. I would like another product that combats weeds, other than dandelions. I have a mouse eat chickweed that I have to spray with other products.

Would be 5 star Great, but I have had some shipping issues this year. There have been multiple shipments that I have received tracking information and weeks will go by without it being updated or the orders arriving. I then contact customer support and there isn't a real explanation on what happened except the go to for supply chains. I understand those constraints, however my previous order is "canceled" and the new shipment arrives within days. As far as the products I am on year 3 and my yard is healthier than ever. I subscribed when I moved in and the yard was a total disaster. Even with our current unprecedented heat wave it's still very green and growing.

Our grass is looking healthier, but we still have a weed issue. We are thrilled with the ease of this program, the use of spreading the product with the hose and that we are being healthier for our earth in doing so. I hope after a year and some continued love we will soon be closer to Sunday grass. We have tried the add on weed killers, which do work. No complaints thus far!
