I should have probably left this review then saying that Robin who answered my email did not do her job. It was certainly not a problem with her. But as I said in that email about her, I am very disappointed that the complete lawn care program that I pay a lot of money for does not do one of the most important things I was expecting. I.e. keeping my lawn free of weeds. Now I have to pay for more product to get the law I thought I was already getting.

Lawn has been getting worse after the last application.

After a few years of using Sunday I don't see any results. They knew my lawn was over 10,000 sq. ft. when I signed up but they let me anyways, stating that a new plan for bigger lawns was coming. It never did. I apply the 3 pouches only to the sections of my lawn that really need it, but it still has no effect. They also probably haven't taken into account that the climate has changed drastically in recent years. My lawn receives much more sun, higher temperatures, and a lot less rain. Maybe the product works great for smaller lawns or different climates, but for me it's a gimmick. I've given it enough of a chance. I won't keep paying money next year for no results.

Dear Sunday, I was excited about your product when I originally started, the idea of using natural materials to fertilize my lawn was very appealing. I have used your products for about a year now and I am not satisfied with the results. My grass is very patchy and honestly looks really bad. My neighbors have been using traditional dry fertilizers with much greater results. Perhaps your products aren't the right match for the Inland Northwest (Spokane, WA) climate, where I live. As of now I plan to discontinue using your service. I am sorry I don't have better things to say, but this is what I am experiencing. Thanks, Scott Shackleton

Been over 4 weeks for feedback on soil sample. Representative on chat Jessi tells me it is probably lost. I asked why I was not contacted Representatives never addressed. Suddenly cuts my chat off. Giving no information. Extremely disappointed.
