Shipped quickly, cute product, but no response when contacted about defects in product.

MI have 14 steps on my staircase as opposed to the standard 13 so I placed two separate orders (2340 and 2343) but the dye lots are different. They’re two different versions on grey. I reached out to customer service to see what I could do to ensure I received an order with the same dye lots and haven’t received a response in weeks. Overall, the quality is good for the price. Some of the edges are not perfectly straight and I had to re-melt some of the edges to prevent fraying. Will probably just keep these for the time being until I find something better I like.

My experience you ask? You say exchange gets dont habe mucj to look thru, my rug was not the colors as described had purples and pinks in it. No responce , this is why people use Amazon only
