I really like the light weight material of these cutting boards. And though, I have always loved the look of a wood cutting board when you first receive it, but they break down after a short time. I am hopeful this will be a great replacement and these boards will look great for years to come! Thank you for your quality products!

Dear Reader; As a semi-retired veterinarian, I’m a stickler for sharp blades, and I am always willing to try one with which I’m not familiar. I have had a set of serviceable kitchen knives for some time, but I was immediately impressed with the beautiful set of knives and the stand, which is even more impressive than in the catalog photo. And feeling the weight and balance of your chefs knife was like none of the knives I have. The handwork notable on the blades showed the attention to detail, as did the sturdy packaging. The knives are simply a joy to use. I actually had to warn my lady friend to be careful of the sharpness of these blades if she uses them! Thank you - I look forward to using them often!
