Missing parts of the order

We paid $95.00 extra for 'Next day delivery' for a bed base and a mattress. Next day, only the bed base came. After taking our payment, including the extra for 'Next day delivery', we were informed the mattress was out of stock and may come up from Melbourne the following week. Waited at home all day for the bed base, which eventually came after 6.00pm. A wasted day. Asked for a refund of the $95.00, which has NOT yet come. Mattress eventually arrived a week later, again late in the day (after 5.00pm), again, after waiting at home all day. Only saving grace for this company was being informed we had somehow initially made a double payment (we had received only one email confirmation of payment), so we received a refund for the first payment. However, we are still waiting for the $95.00 refund for the 'Next day delivery'. Throughout the process, we tried nine or more times to contact the company by phone (as well as email) with only one time managing to speak with someone early in the whole process.

Never received my table, even though the courier said it was sent to the right address but that is impossible as I was home. I am not happy!!
