Hello, Sales, customer service and dispatch were great nice and quick. Courier to Melbourne was also very quick. Since the 29/011 the couch has sat in Melbourne or Geelong, over a week now 6/12. Can you please follow this up. Thank you.

Four individuals deliveries over two weeks. Product quality lower than expectation.

Ordered a couch but screws no there, had to wait to get some sent out.

I received a message but my item was not delivered on the day. Instead I got an email saying there had been an error and the delivery couldnt take place but I would be contacted about another attempt. Only after I emailed did i get a reply with exactly the same information and then the item turned up at my door without announcement. It was all a bit strange and unconnected feeling but at least the item did arrive so thanks but I did wonder if I had got onto a scam. The packaging itself is ripped. I cant set it up for another 2 weeks so I'll ust have to cross my fingers that it is all well.
