I had some items that were asked to be returned to Koh from the post office. I only found this out because of tracking, then calling the post office to ask what had happened. That was frustrating and time consuming. Maybe if an email or text had been set to me, I wouldn’t have stressed so much. Hopefully I hear what is going on soon? I really need my laundry liquid as it is amazing on stains! All my dirty laundry is cleaner than ever! Plus I only ordered one foaming bottle for my dish liquid (still waiting for that to arrive with the above mentioned order that was returned to sender as requested by you guys. I should have ordered more than one spray bottle, I keep giving them away for family and friends to try. That’s for my next order to think about. It would be great if Koh had car and upholstery cleaning, with UV protection for the dash, how cool would that be? Although I already use the Universal Cleaner, cloth’s on mine. Thank you for a wonderful, environmentally friendly and safe and healthy product. You guys rock!
