Machine was packed really well when it arrived from shipping. The instruction booklet should be in color. It was hard to learn how to install and uninstall the little orange piece that helps extract pulp to clean it.

So far so good.

This is an amazing company! One that responds quickly and is very specific and trying to solve the problem that you have with your Huron. Their communication is amazing and as you can see in the photo above, mine was a hot mess and they solved it by providing the part that I needed. I am so grateful and very thankful because they Huron is an amazing machine!
