Great customer service from Carol always. Usually take a few tries by phone before someone picks up, but when they do it was worth the tries. Most times I get Carol and she is super patient, answers my million questions and offers suggestions. I switched from the H200 to H320 for low pulp and for the most part I get low pulp except for a batch of carrots that was heavily pulped. Don’t know how that happen. I am hoping it’s a one time situation. Otherwise the H320 does not take that much more cleaning time than the easy clean H200 I previously had and the juice yield is very good. So far, I would recommend the H320.

The best investment I have made getting the H400 slow juicer excellent excellent taste. Received it pretty fast I made juice from the day I received 4/5/2025 till now every morning 🌄. Thank you Hurom. One Love ❤️
