Truly versatile, easy to clean and beautiful design. I use for almost everything I need on a daily basis. Only caveat for me is the lid handle, which heats up and requires a kitchen mitt.

This is my new go to pan. Wasn’t sure I needed to replace my old pan but I am so happy that I did. I only wish it came in an even larger size!
