I discovered The Woolery when I was in a quandary trying to find an addiEgg -- I had almost given up, when I made one last search and The Woolery popped up -- I called them and spoke with a real person who promised they had what I needed in stock, they could ship it to me in 3 days, and they would be there if I had any problems at all -- and it was all true!!! (I have had NO problems, but I have confidence that if I did, the folks at The Woolery would, indeed, be there for me -- the Woolery has been a wonderful discovery for me!!!)

I have been purchasing all of my weaving supplies from the Woolery for 7 years. Customer service response time and quality of products have always been 5 star.
