I ordered my daughter a blanket for her birthday with expedited shipping. The blanket never arrived and when I contacted Rumpl they were very helpful in trying to track it down, but to no avail. They refunded me for the extra shipping I had paid for and got another blanket out to me right away. They were very responsive and helpful with my issue.

I appreciate the point system - being able to use them towards my purchase was extremely helpful!

I placed an order for Christmas over Black Friday weekend. I realized about 5 days before the big day we still hadn’t received it. I quickly messaged their CS and they had a replacement order sent express shipping! Our order was stuck in transit at FedEx somewhere and they replaced it AND got it here before Christmas 💖 Thank you Rumpl for NOT ruining my Christmas present for the Hubs!
