we bought this mattress after waiting 2 weeks trying to get a competitors mattress delivered that were based in Melbourne where we live , and eventually getting a refund. although noa are based in Sydney it took 4 days to get to us from the day we ordered such great service. the mattress itself is fantastic nice and comfy and having a great nights sleep waking refreshed and feeling good which hasn't happened for a long time couldn't recommend the company or mattress highly enough.

Perfect mattress! Even better customer support! The mattress is firm when you first lay upon it, however your body slightly sinks in providing extra support especially around the hips. No more tossing and turning at night.
