Once the order was confirmed, it was quickly followed by a professional call from the delivery agent to arrange delivery options and the mattress was quickly sitting in my home. Easily unpacked, the mattress seemed a little soft initially (due to the topper) but proved to be comfortable and supportive. Easy recommendation.
