Lovely bed! So simple - you hardly notice it's there, which is exactly what I was after. The quality is great.

It fits our needs perfectly. Not too firm, not too springy.

Finally got our sofa today. The wait for stock took 1.5 mths but delivery was smooth. Feels comfy and sturdy. Hopefully the fabric is easy to care for as this is our first fabric sofa. Also thanks to Brenda who was prompt with her reply and refund when my credit card company charged me an "international processing fee". Happy with the purchase.

This review is for the customer service, not the mattress. The mattress wasn't right for me as I have sciatica and the memory foam made my skin feel as if it were burning; however the absolutely outstanding customer service is why I am giving this review. When I emailed to say I would like the mattress returned, I was replied to IMMEDIATELY and the delivery driver rang me just two hours later to pick the mattress up literally the next business day. Every correspondence I wrote was responded to within an hour. The money was returned in 7 days. So anyone who is wary about trying a mattress and then being able to return it, fear not, you are dealing with an A+ company who will not try delay or weazle out of returning the product. Best company I have ever dealt with, hands down.
