I was very pleased with the cover, on ordering it said that it could take 8 to 12 weeks for the cover to me made and shipped, I got an email after 8 weeks to say it was ready for delivery and asked when would be a convenient day for delivery, I requested Wednesday, it was supposed to come Wednesday but unfortunately didn't come until the Thursday, that was not HotTubsuks fault though that was the courier service, the cover fitted perfectly and was exactly what we wanted to replace our old cover that was totally worn out
