my site visit was great the agent went through everything the tubs on-site could do ie 32AMP or plug and play I opted for a 32AMP was told there was a waiting list so had a couple of months to get the base prepared then came the day of delivery and that was earlier than expected but I was ready for it , the installers were first class and had my tub up and running within 3 hours , couldn't wait for the following day to allow for heating , not looked back since Love it.
