I was hopeful. But it has no effect. I have the same problems as always.

While the company seems like they know what they are doing this formula did absolutely nothing to help me sleep. That being said they are sending a formula that may be more effective for me and they are very quick to help and respond to emails.

Hasn’t seemed to help much with what the claims are. Can find cheaper products that I know work as well.
