I have not received my product

I actually thought they were falls when I recieved them. I bought Zoeva brushes in 2010 - they were good quality then, and all the brushes has rounded ferrules. The new ones are terribly small, not soft, don't have rounded ferrules, nor are they blurring at all. Worst yet, they are sold as pink and rose gold - but, what I recieved looks like a neon creamsicle orange with copper ferrules. They look like a toy, and I consider them to be overpriced given the drop in quality, and totally not worth it. I definitely regret buying them.
