After spending quite a considerable amount of money to order a Christmas gift in early December. I still have not received my items. It is my understanding that it is still stuck in Germany. Perhaps if I had know I would not receive this for potentially months I would not have purchased. Daughter still without her much wanted gift.

Some kind of shipping arrival estimate before purchase would’ve been helpful. The brushes took several weeks to arrive and though they appear to be quality, the event I needed them for had already passed.

I know delivery takes time. However, the products were ordered at least a month before Christmas as a gift. They arrived months later. It was a frustrating experience.

It took over 2 1/2 months for my package to arrive. I was so excited to receive it, but I was disappointed I could not get information on my shipment. I don't think I am willing to wait this long again even though I do love the products that you make. Very good quality!
