Terrible service. Ordered brushes and was given multiple different delivery tracking numbers: dhl and parcelforce. Claimed attempted delivery on the 11th august, but no card left. Phoned parcelforce they say speak to sender. Phoned Zoeva and they say they can’t do anything and refuse to refund despite lack of goods received and proof of such as tracking now shows it’s been send to a post office - but not which one!!! Zoeva then claim it will be automatically sent back to them after 7 days. It’s now 29th august. No word, no refund and no brushes. Will never shop there again

Terrible customer services.

So I made a purchase of 2 large makeup brush sets during the Black Friday event, however one of those brush sets I payed full price at £229.00 for… so I had payed a lot of money for these 2 sets. However, I have had to pay shipment charges to UK at nearly £50.00 extra just so that the products can be delivered to me. If I am having to spend such a high price for shipment or release charges I may as well just buy directly from other sellers in UK such as beauty bay and get the makeup brushes at discounted rates saving A LOT of money. Sadly I won’t be using ZOEVA’s own website to purchase again due to this reason. P.S I have yet not even received my order while writing this review!
