Very smooth transaction

The shipping partner that yall use honestly is terrible. I live in NYC in a big apartment building with many people, and the shipping people (Veho) just left my stuff in the lobby where it was stolen. While ZitSticka did replace my package, one of the agents I was speaking to was very condescending and almost made it seem like the company couldn’t do anything about it, when it was their choice to use a sh!t shipping company. I luckily got my order, and it helped that they threw in some extras for the inconvenience. But it’s very frustrating now that so many companies are using these little rinky dink shipping companies to save money, when in the long run they’re losing more because they have to replace people’s stolen packages.

Bottle I got expires in like 5 months. Also I thought the bottle had been changed to plastic. This was still in glass. Would not have ordered it if I had known.
