ZGO Perfumery has the most amazing customer service! I have purchased three separate times, two arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The third order was incorrect which I didn’t figure out until I opened it and realized I received the 15ml bottle instead of the 50ml I ordered. The customer service employee (didn’t get his name) was fantastic. He quickly sent the correct order and said not to worry about returning the incorrect item since it had been opened. The extraits and Parfums I have ordered from ZGO are exceptional and beautifully complex. I will definitely continue to order from ZGO since there are many more extraits I have fallen in love with from the two other collections I purchased the second time.
