Good customer service was provided when I received a faulty product. It took a little back-and-forth, but a replacement was shipped, and fortunately, I do love the product now that I can actually see what it should be like. It would have been nice to have a sample or something included as compensation for the inconvenience, since receiving a product with a faulty applicator was a hassle.

I had an issue with wide awake coming out of container they will quick at responding and the info they gave me worked. Although I didn't like the product at all. This product was very irritating to my eyes and I had to stop using it.
