I’ve been using Electrolytes+ Energy and Focus for a long time now, and it is my absolute go‑to every morning. It gives me the energy and focus I need to cope with everyday life - a full‑time job, gym sessions, caring for my demented mother, etc. etc. It’s also been a lifesaver for jetlag recently. I used it throughout my trip to the US, it got me through a very active holiday. My only wish is that it came in more than one flavour.
