Ok so I am becoming much better at improving my gut biome, my general diet and fitness with the inclusion of YourSuper in my life. My initial step was the detox selection which was really good. I try and do this every now and again. But as I don’t eat breakfast as I extend my fast, I have a green smoothie every other day for lunch and really enjoy it. I will vary it according to what fruits or extra greens I have, but is my go to drink these days. I am not consistent with the others apart from the gut health which I have every morning along with the plant collagen. This are excellent. You recommend having plant based vitD and Omega3. Can you recommend ones to me? Also a magnesium supplement? I enjoyed your web zoom on Friday but sadly missed the next one. Is it possible to get hold of the recordings? Well done YourSuper.
