I just wanted to follow up regarding my package — I still haven’t received it. I had emailed earlier about the Oman custom duty charges and had requested that FedEx be instructed to clear them on behalf of the company, as is typically done.
Could you please confirm if this issue has been resolved from your side? I’d really appreciate an update so I can plan accordingly.
