Website is easy to navigate and to order from. Packaging was well done. The only thing I wish was different was the delivery company (UPS). I know this order was made during Canada Post strike but UPS has particularities that are not convenient. I missed the delivery by a few minutes and then it was complicated to find the right moment to get the box between my working hours and their opening hours that never matched. I had to take an afternoon off to go get it, because they didn't allow someone else to pick it up for me. While I understand the security aspect of this, it's not convenient when schedules don't align.

Shipped and received quickly. Bracelet was exactly as pictured and in good condition.

Great service and great product. Received it fairly quickly.
