The service was very good. The packaging is nothing to write about but what they save in fancy packaging goes directly into the product. I am obsessed with the Pink Lotus Eye Cream. I use it on my elevens wrinkles, my forehead, around my mouth, and of course my eyes. I get under eye puffiness a lot. This stuff is amazing! After about 10 min after applying u can't see any under eye puffiness and wrinkles are almost completely diminished. I know they came out with the Pink Lotus Face Cream, and i do like it as well, but something about the formulation and thickness of the eye cream i like better.
