It was a bumpy first order.

-Wrong item(s) in package
-Right item out of stock
Now I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the person in customer service who turned it all around for me. Although I don't have the loose tea I originally ordered, I do have same in bag form and a new tea to try on top of that (in spite of my saying not necessary).
I'm already putting together a new order and I'll let east coast folks know how great you are. Excellent customer service! Heartfelt thanks.
