I bought my device thinking it could be used long distance, yet after much troubleshooting within the apps, apparently the one I chose is not long distance despite being advertised as such

Product was not as advertised

Shipping time was okay. I ordered it on Monday and received it Thursday. The overall packaging is very discreet, and the actual packaging for the thruster is really cute. Unfortunately the product did not work and I haven’t heard back from customer service. There’s no number to call, so I’ve just been waiting for an email reply.

I asked for someone to recommend a stronger model in an email and didn’t get a reply.

I haven't heard anything back about the warranty submitted for the vibratory I bought about a month ago that has broken.
