The purchase was easy and effortless. Great website

Remote battery came dead I would like a replacement. And no one has emailed me back about it

Shipping and packaging is fine. Great looking product. Just doesn't perform as expected. Disappointed.

The battery in the remote didn’t work. I can’t find that battery type in person so I have to order it online. Other than that, the strength of vibration is pretty good. Definitely audible in a silent room, but I couldn’t hear it when walking around outdoors.
