Zala Hair US - STAGING

All in all I am not very happy. First I got the wrong invoice and therefor problems with costum duty and when the extensions finally arrived I washed them once (I got them a week ago) and the shedding was soo intense. I ordered a 180 g set but I put the extensions on a scale and it said 152 g. Also there are lot of broken hair on the extensions. Don't know if it's just a production mistake as others are soo happy with the zala hair extensions. But they are silky and soft at least.

My last order for zala premium extensions in 20" dark brown was in April 2020. Before that I ordered my last tape in extension from zala premium quality about 2 years ago. Since then the quality of the extensions has decreased immensely . Even if I'm using the zala care products shampoo, conditioner or revive me, the extensions are extremely hard to brush through smoothly(yes, I'm using the tangle teezer) and gets very easily frizzy. I also noticed here and there single hairs which are blond (appears directly in dark brown hair) so I have to cut it off. I have accepted this because of my past satisfaction regarding the amazing quality of zala tape in extension. Nothing has remained of the original quality that I first experienced, which is extremely disappointing. Was there a chance made with your products?

I Ordered here 3 weeks ago and i have not received my hair !!!!! They kept telling to wait for a sollution and saying wait 72 hours i have been waiting now 3 weeks no hair and no money!! I recommend you not to order here!!! They will not resolve your problem leave you in the cold!
