I had an amazing experience with Zala. My first order arrived the next day, and unfortunately was the a warehouse error and the wrong colour was in the packaging for the colour I ordered. I used the chat and this was dealt with right away, I returned them the next day and later the same day the correct ones were sent out to me. I received them + a gift the next day, and the quality and colour of the extensions is fantastic. Thank you for such a positive experience from start to finish.

Simply stunning. My extensions arrive in a very quick turnaround. The quality is beautiful and the colour matching service via photos was spot on for my blonde balyage hair. This is my second purchase and I am very happy, highly recommend!
