Zala Hair AU - STAGING

Awful.

Very dissapointed in my new Kerratin pony tail. It had hardly any hair on it and was so thin, it won't cover my own hair properly.

Completely disappointed with the shocking service by Zala. When you spend £130 on hair extensions, including shipping you would expect to get the full product and not faulty. Instead they missed out four halo bands, two of which would have fit my head and one of the clips does not work. Now they are refusing to send me new clips and bands unless I pay a further £25 for shipping for THEIR mistake and faulty product. Absolutely devastated as I can’t wear my hair extensions that I have spent so much money on. Would not recommend Zala and would recommend to others to shop elsewhere. Attached is a friends band that she received from Zara compared to the only two that I received, both way too big.

Felt like dolls hair and can not wear then so wasted nearly 80 pounds :(
