Shipping is so expensive now. The champagne extensions seems to have changed colour too, they are much more yellow than any I have had in the past. I need to send them back, but it’s going to cost me an arm and a leg to do it as returns are not free!

When I first received my hair I was delighted, felt lovely and thick. Seemed nice to touch. However after 3 washes the hair is breaking off at an extraordinary rate. It’s is also extremely knotted the whole time and really looks a bit like straw at this point. This is my first fitting of this hair and I doubt very much I will be refitting. So £400 for 6 weeks isn’t great. I bought the hair revive at time of purchase however this doesn’t seem to make any difference. And although I didn’t buy the Zala brand of shampoo and conditioner I am a hair extension specialist and have used the same chemical free shampoo with these extensions as I have with many other brands over the last how ever many years. Definitely disappointed with the quality of these tapes for the price tag

For extension price and description I was expecting hair a lot thicker I had to buy another Set else where to actually be able to wear the extensions.. won’t be ordering again

Ordered the 150g ponytail. With discount for it for £110 and shipping costed £24.99!!! So paid £134, thinking I could have this beautiful think ponytail that I could just put in. It was so thin, and so difficult to get in and stay in. The girls in the videos make it look so easy, I’m a hairdresser myself and my mum has to put it in for me. It looks beautiful when it comes out of the box and the hair quality is great. But definitely not as thick and full it looks in the videos and the postage was ridiculous. I also had to put a toner in the ponytail as it had a green tinge to it. So I can’t even send it back now. And I wouldn’t be if I had to pay £24.99 postage!!! The reason I am so annoyed by this is that I had brain surgery 6 weeks ago To remove a grade 2 tumour and really searched for something to hide my balding and thought this was going to make me feel amazing. Nope £134.99 down the drain. The first photo below is the Zala ponytail and the second is a ponytail I got for £20 locally
