Took too long. And had to pay an extra $60 in duty!! Not happy.

If I could do negative start I would! Terrible quality hair feels like plastic and melts very easily! Gets tangled and matter after one use! When reaching out to customer service they are useless and don’t care about their customers. For over $300 Canadian dollars with shipping and import fees trust me they are garbage! Save your money try bellami better quality better selection and all around better website and customer service!

Horrible absolutely horrible. I had my extensions completely fall out of my head two days after installation. I’ve been wearing extensions for almost 10 years never experienced this before. Customer service refused to send me new extensions. I’ve received reusable tape strips. Since re installing my hair it doesn’t hold the same as the original strips that come on your extension would. They fall out all the time. It’s ripping my hair out when they come out. Horrible soooooo horrible!!! Choose another company

Extremely disappointed - the set was very thin however I did purchase the 120 grams. What shocked me was the random green piece of string on one weft, and another random red piece of string in another. When I escalated this to the customer service team they told me not to worry and it was just a simple manufacturing defect with no accountability. I would highly recommend Bellami instead
