Shipping took a little longer than expected so that's the only reason it's not 5 star

The communication is ver good took three weeks to get to Canada but due to COVID-19 is understandable

I love my extensions and the shipping was real fast, did have to pay additional shipping fees but other than that I love me new extensions.

The site makes it very easy to select the hair extensions that meet your needs and match your hair colour. Shipping was quick and they come in great packaging. Only complaint would be the mass number of emails received after you place an order. It’s a bit overboard... other than that, great experience and product!
