The shipping took a really long time which is to be expected with covid, but when you’re paying like $14 for express shipping it’s still a bit disappointing that it took 3 weeks to arrive. The extensions were okay, but they were all bluntly cut like someone had just grabbed the lot of them and did one straight snip, so they were all super uneven when all clipped in, really silky but they tangle easy at the bottom.

I do like my new pony tail.. doesnt look natural though. bit pricey, when I opened my package the hair was multing and falling apart, the hair was snapping off instantly and gets easily tangled, I dislike how in photos and videos the hair is a pink color so it looks silly to wear. Shipping was late also.. it reminded me of synthetic hair, I used argin oil to protect the hair and it didn't turn out right at all compared to my actual human hair.. I wouldn't recommend or buy this product again especially for the price.
