Updated via text about where my parcel is which was great, and they took just over 2 weeks to arrive.

I was very impressed with all aspects of the process. I was able to track my purchase very easily. A star was lost because, once I had made a purchase, I was bombarded with marketing emails.

When I received my extensions the far left clip on the 5 piece was broken and did not snap shut So unfortunately I could not wear them for the event I ordered them for as I couldn’t factor in the time/have all the tools with me to replace the faulty clip, which was pretty disappointing Hair quality is amazing as always
