Ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting

Never received my purchase. Kinda hard to review when i never tried. I tried to contact someone, but nobody even got back with me.

Still have not received my order, please refund or send the product. Thank you

I never received my order.

Never had this issue before. The company charged me. Then, I never received my order. I reached out to the company to ask about the order and was informed that it would be shipped the first week in November. But, then, I received an invoice to pay AGAIN for the order. When I reached out to ask why they were billing me again when I already pd them, I stopped getting responses regarding the order that I placed, but never received.
