I placed my order several weeks ago , was told 1 item was not available, they refunded that item and still waiting on the other items. A little disappointed.

I received the wrong item and emailed you all and I got no response.

Did not receive merchandise, reached out to you guys several times with no answer

Their products are great but the shipping services are terrible! The shipping cost more than the products themselves. I live in Canada and my package never arrives in the time, even when I pay for expedited shipping! I’ve purchased with them several times now because I like their products but the ridiculousness surrounding their shipping has completely deterred me from ever purchasing again. They need to find a new carrier or stop offering international shipping.
