My hair now are very very dry

I tryed but didnt Liked teu Iron tyme not only because of the use of it neither because of the single on Button. My hair is too thin and it almost burns with that only temperature of the Iron. How can i return it please? Thanks Marisa Neves

Hi! I was looking forward to receiving my order. Since it hasn’t arrived yet and it’s been a while i check the order status online and it said that the product was delivered on Oct 25th. But i didn’t get it and also didn’t get a DHL notice in my mailbox (as i ususally do). I tried to fill out the contact form but it won’t let me send. I can’t select my city or zip code, the form doesnt have a box for it, but a red star. So i thought maybe with this form...
