This product wasn't right for me. When I contacted customer service, I received a quick no fuss refund.

The videos make it look like such an easy process, but it has been far more challenging than it looks, and I haven't had success with curling my hair yet despite practising.

I’ve used it twice I don’t like how stiff my hair feels after using it, and the curl isn’t all that nice either

Awkward to use / Not very well made / Burnt myself will be going back to my GHD.

Used it 5 times and the paint is coming off on the side. Also the plates are chipped and it's very harsh on the hair. I don't clamp it down hard or put force in it but my hair is burned and in a bad condition from using this. In Australia you get sent the older version and this doesn't have temp indicator etc. It curls nice but my straightener does the same. Doing a return but it takes 4 dys for someone to get back to me
