I'm happy with the turmeric. Think I'm beginning to feel the results of this product. Liked how fast this came in the mail. Also am glad this is in a capsule form rather than powder.

I take this to help with menstrual cramps or muscle aches. It works as a weaker ibuprofen, but it much better for your body and brain!
