I bought the original years ago and it is discolored from years of conditioner and hair dye getting on it, but it is in amazing shape. No fraying or holes anywhere. It will go on forever. I bought I new one just because I was embarrassed of the color it has turned from my own carelessness! I have purchased other brands but got rid of them and will only buy the original from now on!
