The tea is amazing in taste, I don't add honey or sugar and I'm able to drink it easily. It helps me to go regularly. I haven't noticed much weight loss, but I will continue to drink the tea as I love the taste a.d aroma. It has made me go to the bathroom on several occasions so I think the detox is working. Will update review when I finish box.
