I love it,it's very relaxing,it does not taste bad,it smell great,I drink it at night right before bed,by morning come it's not crazy tummy pain or no all day going back and forth to the bathroom.i even let my co-workers in on it and I'll b placing and order for the two of us.its been 5days and I feel good my belly don't feel heavy my body feel light going to the bathroom is easy thank you
